I was charged $14.95 twice for a service that I do not know what it is. I tried to e-mail these people to find out what these charges are for, address does not work. I gave them plenty of contact information, e-mail, homephone etc.

I called and left numerous messages to please let me know why my credit card was charged for $14.95. No response. It seems every way I turn its a runaround. All I want is an explaination of what these charges are for. I don't think that is to much to ask.
