I was charged for AOL Broadband & did not order it & was promised a reimbursement and did not get it. Ripoff

Back in October I called AOL and wanted to cancel. However, the gentleman I spoke with decided he would give me to months of free AOL. I said ok to that, but for some reason he changed my AOL unlimited package to a couple of hours and starting January I began to incure broadband charges.
I did not know this until I received an overdraft from my bank. I then called and spoke to Linda and I explained to her that I did not order this broadband nor did I tell anyone to change my unlimited package.
Well, she checked it out and promised me that $230.00 would be put back into my checking account. I have the emails she sent me confirming this info.
After 10 day went by after I spoke to her I did not receive anything. I emailed her and she checked for me and said she was sorry, but the credit department declined.
Therefore, as of April 20th I will no longer use AOL. I will be using NetZero.com and I will be sure to tell all I know who use AOL to switch over.
