Greetings:

I signed up with this company to run a simple search. On their web page they state that you can try the service for $1.00, which I had no problem with.

I ran the search and got almost no information. I could have done better using a county website. Although I tried to cancel them 4x, I could never get through and was always placed on hold for extended periods of time, driving up my cell phone minutes.

Today I went to their chat room and had the account cancelled. However I was not credited the $18.95 for the service I did not use. I was told to call back on 9/21, four days from now because they have "system issues". I also saw a report on this company when I googled them - the report stated that they were called "recordsltd.com-seektd.com". Apparently they go through different names, as needed.

Buyers beware - watch for these!
