Ripoff questionable credit card charge as business not recognized by me

In going through my current credit card bill I noticed a charge for $9.95 with the referance EWS-DESIGN.com LEWISVILLE TX. The name and amount was not recognized by me so I went on line to check the web site and got Cannot Find Server.

So I ran it through Google and found a today report filed by Jon in Philadelphia for the same amount. He mentions some on line charges he has made but none were to on line sites I have used. I use the card in question only on line. Jon did mention an on line Chocolate charge and I have in the past charged to I. Gourmet.com which I believe I reached through some mall like food shopping site.

As I am in Roswell, NM and he is in Philadelphia and as I use my card in question only on line I would suspect some common order site has had some of our numbers lifted. I did find through the Lycos search a commercial emsdesigns.com but it is not something I have ever done any business with. I have called my credit card company and challenged the charge. The person - message taker - at the credit card company suggested that the site was perhaps a real estate broker but I haven't been contacting real estate brokers and really am at a loss as to what it is all about. $9.95 seems an odd amount.
