AGM International Inc. Stole $2000 which was all of my life earnings and savings. Rip-off! Delaware

I'm an 18 yr. Old male student at Brooklyn College in NY; first of all I want to thank this site for housing our legitimate complaints, obviously when 2 or more people are complaining about a company, then that company is defective, and the complaints legitimate.

I'm a student who works hard in everything and for everything, including the AGM International scam. I was looking for a way to make enough money to pay for my tuition and books for school, I found AGM International Inc. And eagerly signed on; They promised over $200,000 in commission and I invested $2000.00 (my whole life earning) for a mall that they offered. I relentlessly advertised my site and even wasted $798.56. I got several e-mails from the MAN telling me that I'd earned $250 on commission, TO THIS DAY, I haven't seen that money which was supposed to be paid on the first day of the following month.

I've written numerous mails to this MAN asking for my money and this vagabond refuses to acknowledge my letters. Alright, I've even asked them to keep the stupid commission and give me back my investment and they ignore it. I've reported to BBB, and it seems my report is useless to them. My bank (CHASE) which I wired the money from ($25.00 fee for wire transfer), attempted to retrieve my money and the MAN refused to release it. Now I ask again, what in God's name do I do? I would've had myself to blame if I had been cautioned by someone before I went ahead and gave my life savings to this nuisance. I'm indebted trying to earn an education and have no way to relieve myself. WHAT THE HECK DO I DO?

No kid or person deserves this kind of distress. I've read about some other people, namely Steve Bennet, who had the same problem, how do I contact him or anybody who's serious about getting our money back. I'm suffering to go to school, buy my books and have a life, yet this bastard just sits up there and takes everything that an innocent person sweated for. Is there any authority or somebody out there who can hear our cry and help us?

How is it possible that the United States, which promises pursuit of happiness cannot get this idiot and get my money back? Why the hell should a man beg for what is his? This MAN is no bin laden, even if he is, we've caught Saddam Hussein, what stops him from being stopped? It's ridiculous that we pay our taxes and all that crap and can't get simple protection from frauds like this. Please all I want is my money back and whoever can help, please do so and your kindness will never be forgotten.
