Mandakinihotels.com assign to develop a Travel Portal To Openxcell Technologies. They agreed to work according to our requirement and within the Time Frame of 45 days. Openxcell Cheat us they download the open source from the Internet and started customizing them. They were using Cheap developers to develop, which was hardly understand the requirement of the client.
Its been 8 Months they hardly complete 30 % of the Module and take us the Money from us almost 80% and now they are not ready to deliver the Project to us. According to them that we have mention lots of changes and they will not complete our project and not ready to refund the Money.
