I responded to a job posting from Insync Soft on Monster.com. I was to process paypal payments for them and Western Union the money to them.

After a month of doing this, Paypal contacts me saying that I have received fraudulent funds, and now I'm responsible.

William is now nowhere to be found, and I don't know how to get the money back to paypal.
