"jewelrybyezra" Aka Ambras Fine Jewelry Took my money. Never sent item. Accused me of never even checking out on Ebay. RELISTED MY RING! No response from them at all

Won diamond flower white gold ring from this company on Ebay. Was to be my wedding ring, getting married in less than 6 months. Mailed payment by money order after checking out. Never recieved item.

Got an email from company accusing me of never even checking out much less paying for it. That is insane! You can't even get the information as to how much to send, a reference number for checking out, where to send it, UNLESS YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT!!! Once you check out you are logged into EMH's store online. Gee, my name is still logged in on that page - but nothing is listed under it.

So, IF I didn't check out like they accused me of - why is my user name logged in as having an account with them and where would I have known to mail payment??? I have called, emailed, and even messaged jewelrybyezra also from the ebay page where they relisted MY ring. I have gotten NO RESPONSE AT ALL! I have filed a fraud complaint with Ebay.

My fiance tried calling again today - the telephone number given for this company. It constantly says there is no one in customer service - so he entered random numbers for an extension... Actually got a couple of people - who promptly hung up on him!

They have another address that you get when you check out: EMH Group, LLC 469 7th Avenue, Floor 7, New York, NY 10018. That is where they tell you to mail the payment. No telephone number exists for this address.

I have also just filed a complaint against these people with the BBB of New York, NY.
