Ripoff

I found this site on the web and i thought that it sounded good so i tied it. It ask me to make a one time fee and so i chosed the 18.00 fee and i charged it to my debit card and they gave me a transaction # to use and when i got ready to use the site my password and username wasn't find in their database as the messege said so i tried the transaction # and it was also not found. I would like to have a refund since i never got logon to the site.
