Paid for domain/website hosting. Not Working!

I taken care of my domainname & website hosting. And waited 48-hours for this togo thru1 Nowadays is Mon 8/22 I however cannot access my website! I've been waiting 9 times, I paid $100 forADVERTISING that I actually donot have and also the internet queries are noing nowhere!!! This pkg, was a wedding present! What gives? All I'd like is my site to be utilized. Nothing more. Nothing less. Only a little support, please?
