Poor customer service

I taken care of a product on 15-08-11. Today its 8 days post cost.

I acquired a email stating that my product is prepared for cargo on 17-08-11.

Till now they didnot deliver it. I named their cust service today.

To my surprise the woman who talked in my experience dont understand how to react to a phone. She continued stating that it'll consider another 4-5 days. I requested concerning the reason them wasn't delivered till today, she simply disconnec ted my phone.
