Ripoff Unauthorized charges 11.95 mo on credit card

I ordered return address labels from vista print using my visa. Three or four months later I'm going over my bank statement and notice a charge from MWI BUSINESS MAX for 11.95.

I never signed up for their service. I called 888-840-6296. The person who answered said they would refund me this month. I said I wanted a full refund. She put me on hold.

Another person came on the line trying to say that i authorized their service. I explained i did not and that I was contacting the Better Business Bureau. He said he would give me a full refund but that I should not file a complaint
