I needed to take classes for my real estate exam. Took the finance class with them but wanted to cancel it when I realize that it was the only option they gave me for California when other websites offers 6 other optional courses.
Sent them an email to cancel as I never started any chapter of the course. They sent me an email back with the cancellation rules. It s a 99 dollars class, they first sent me an email that 50 dollars for administration fee will be deduct from my 99 dollars then sent me another email that because I logged in they will not refund any of the 99 dollars. I log in to check if the course was working, not even open a chapter.
This is a pure rip-off, be aware and do not sign up with this company.
