Guaranteed to set up appointment to present their college planning program to parents none was set up

123college.com promised to set up seminars and appointments to present there college planning to parents who are interested in getting help on college planning for there children.
They charged $3,995 and promised they would set up one seminar a week. After nearly 90 days they haven't set up one seminar or one location to present there program. Promise but no results.
Don't ever give them any money, they will not return my money and are trying to extort an additional $1,500 dollars annual fees for 2 years. Buyer beware
