I place two orders for iron-ons, but after receiving shipment notifications, did not receive them

I spot two purchases for metal-ons, but after getting delivery notices, didn't obtain them. I approached the organization through the web site and obtained two more cargo notices, but nonetheless didn't get the purchases. After calling, and e mailing, I still haven't gotten any reaction. Today my email details have now been plugged and so I cannot sign in towards the site anymore to check on the standing of my purchases. Additionally, the Business's email isn't any longer operating, the site continues to be ready to go, updated everyday, with individuals drenched in and buying.
