Customer service refuses to help

The development of my return appeared to proceed perfectly. Nevertheless, I outsmarted myself within the code division, and that I inadvertently put the code absent.

So fast forward to August. I am looking to get prequalified to purchase a house and I require my 2010 return. Forgotten password, not a problem, make use of the forgotton password link. Customer support will not help. They constantly inform me I should have the login incorrect. May easily do, then its incorrect SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY explained the incorrect one. After 4 trades of emails together its obvious that I am baning my mind against a solid wall. And so I'll need to purchase a duplicate of my return in the government. That'll take 7-10 months. So much for pre qualification.

I suppose you receive that which you purchase. The next time I Will employ somebody trustworthy like HRBlock or TurboTax.
