Alexander, Alex, ICCraigslist faulty, want more money to fix it

ICCraigslist is a PHP script for sale at ICloudCenter for $59.95 that claims you can create a site just like Craigslist, offers a Money Back Guarantee, and two months of free support.
Yeah, right. I should have know it was a rip off. Even the demo site does not work correctly, but I didn't notice that because it "looked" like it worked.

When you try to get help from the company, they want your administrative passwords to your server and your database.

They want you to pay more money for an installation script.
The company has a "Money Back Guarantee" Alexander, the one man show, states The policy is very simple: if support cannot help we refund. This is a lie.
For that statement to be true, it would read: The policy is very simple: if support cannot help after you give us administrator access to your server and database, then we refund. (and even this is a maybe... Is anyone crazy enough to give Alex their administrator access information? Seems to me if he could fix it, then his demo site would work correctly!)
The company (or Alex) refuses to refund the $59.95 I paid for the ICCraigslist script because he claims the sript works and I installed it wrong.
The Script doesn't work though.
1. Everything posts to Ocala
2. You have to go into your database to add cities to the site as the Admin panel does not allow you to do this.
3. The calendar function does not work
4. The install text file included in the script takes you to an Install.php file that gives an error as it is incorrect. If you delete some of their code in the install.php code, you can get it to install and create the database tables, but you are then back in the same boat.

What a rip off! Stay away from ICloud Center!
