This is a scam aimed at businesses that have web sites or use other Internet services. This company, which is located in upstate New York a hop and a skip from the Canada border, sends out official-looking invoices for services it didn't provide, such as "web listing." Who knows, maybe they list your web site in a list somewhere, but basically the dodge is to send out thousands of bills knowing that a few of them will be paid without checking. So don't pay for something you didn't buy!
