Kenneth Decesare, Built a website for Ken Decesare and he never paid me. He owes me $350.00 for time spent building his websites and logos. Kept making broken promises until never hearing from him again. No integrity

Ken hired me to build a website for him. Originally he emailed me and asked if I would do one for free for his nonprofit company feedingvolusia.org. I explained to him I couldn't do it for free but did him a great favor of building it for $150.00. Payment was late for that site and I should have taken it as a warning.

He finally paid for the volusia site, but then a week later asked me to build him another site, timesharefraudadvocates.org. He wanted a logo done as well. I gave him the price of $300, well below what I would normally charge for this type of site, which would be about $800. I finished the site and he said he would pay right away. After 4 weeks of broken promises, lies about not having any money to send and blaming it on other people, I just decided he wasn't going to pay me. He stopped returning emails and I couldn't get in touch with him on the phone as well. He owes me $350.00, which might not seem like a lot of money to some people, but this is what I do for a living and taking a hit like this hurts my business.

Ken Decesare is a con-artist, and has no integrity at all. He claims to be a caring person, having me set up a website that caters to homeless people, but then turns around and rips off people doing work for him. Very dishonest and shady person.
