I am Lorna I am really update with support and fruad activities of company balaji enterprises (nerd-i.com). Still my pc has not been diagnosed. They are really not genuine. They were saying that we are calling on behalf of microsoft but they are not from microsoft they are fruad and scam. I want to refund my payments but they are denying. Its really irritating for me.
