Ripoff haven't returned my money Internet

My husband wanted to check out the video professor offer for a trail of one of their programs. The web site said it didn't recognize, or the card number he used was invalid. So we thought it didn't go through.
Well about 4 weeks latter the package showed up. I followed the instructions on the package, called the phone number given to return it, left my number as instructed and got no return call. I sent the material back unopened the next day.
Then the bill is taken out of my bank anyway. Of course I imediately called the company, and was told the package had gotten back to them. I told them I want my money back and was told it would be in my account in 10 to 15 days.
Guess what it's not back, so my husband talked to them again, and was told it would take another 10 to 15 days, at which point he told them that we would rport them to rip off reports every 24 hours until we got our money back. It's been the first 24 hours since then, so watch for my updates - we'll see how long it takes now.
