ESBI Charges of 8.81 and 8.23 appeared on my Verizon bill. Never ordered by anyone in our house!

I received charges on my Verizon bill for some service we never ordered. We were told it was for a toll free number we could use to dial and receive free long distance. We have no idea where they got our information. Scam. Check your bills closely.
