Reserve, Froze Auction, Video proof C/s didn't care, On pretty much all auctions $150

I started Quibids, and quickly won an auction for only 1 bid which was really $60. I did not have a problem with each bid being $60 they explained that before signing up, but after I won more then a few auctions I decided to start bidding on auctions that actually makes a difference, and actually makes it so I do save money on the items i'm bidding on. I was bidding on a Samsung Galaxy and I had the last bid while it counted down to 1, and then it just stayed there for well over 30 seconds and then the auction started back up again giving plenty of time for other people bidding to bid. I have this all on video. I have e-mailed Quibids a number of times about this issue. The video clearly states and shows I should have won. When I e-mailed Quibids the first time they replied with what was definitely a copy and paste e-mail stating that the last second always seems longer then it really is because it's the last second. Also went into this whole technical lag thing saying that it will round itself up or down to the nearest second. Throughout the whole e-mail and the excuses that were made I added up every second that he tried using as an excuse and it still went way over the max amount of time. I replied stating that the video clearly shows it being a lot longer then any lag seconds or any internet connection issue. Then after I replied to that and opened another ticket. Another employee replied copying and pasted the same exact e-mail obviously not even reading what I said in the e-mail he replied to. Also not watching the video I had asked him to watch.
It sees like they were a little surprised that I had proof of the last second really being about 30 seconds they finally just said "Sorry there was nothing they could do, I did not win"
Ever since i've had this issue, I've been trying to actually get a cheap win at an auction so I can clearly state the difference, but I have not been able to win anything. Quibids covenietely freezes up when I try to win an auction to show the difference on video.
I have all the e-mails that Quibids replied to me, and still the video's saved that show that Quibids did scam me and I'm sure a lot of more people out.
