Scammers, liars unknown

I have no idea who these people are or why they are calling my cell phone, addressing me by my first name, and telling me, "The information you requested for a new computer is available at 800-770-0237, ext. 8994. I have never heard of these people, and have never entertained the idea of purchasing a computer over the internet, and can barely understand the callers because of foreign accents, and had to have them spell out everything they are saying including their names. Sounds like a boiler room office when you call them, and the first thing they axe you (even before saying hello) is to speel your first name.
