X Mortgage Company Owner Kevin Leonard Scams With New Company Top Rank Listing

Talking to Bill Leonard co-owner of Top Rank Listing is like talking to bread dough. This non professional had so much fast talk I couldn't keep up. My company is small and for months we have been trying to keep up in this rough economy by doing some ad work on the internet. The first conversation was great then after they got my credit card info. Everything went south. I couldnt get anybody to respond and when I did it was fast talk about how sorry they were and I could have a free month. I didn't want anymore free months, I wanted results. I finally gave up and asked for my money back. Top Rank continued to charge for services eventhough none were provided to me. I was told by Bill Leonard that the company does not have money in reserve to do a refund. That if I wanted the 8 mos of money at 100.00 per month I would have to speak to his cousin who is the owner. I spoke to Kevin Leonard the "top dog" and he informed me that there would be no refund. He laughed and proudly said "you know we all take a hit from time to time" and then proudly he informed me that he lost over 100 million when he was the owner of New World Mortgage. I was shocked and surprised to think that this con job wanted me to feel sorry for all his loss and continue to pay for services he could not provide.

This company is internet scam at the worst. If you ever have the pleasure of doing business with this company. RUN!!! To your bank and close the charge to your credit card. You will never get the service they sell. And, once you give your financial information you will have a hard time getting them to return any of it.
