David collins Fake survey job offers using bogus Postal checks

This company or individual claims to offer an online survey business. They will ask an individual to conduct a survey of some kind, maybe do a survey on western Union or the llike. They in return will promise you a small sum of money to conduct the survey for them, however, you will be ask to deposit or cash their bogus Postal checks in amounts of maybe 995 or precisely 1990 dollars. There are two checks totaling about 995 dollars each. You will then go to a Western Union and send about 1660 dollars to another person and you deduct about 200 dollars from that amount. I took the checks to a local Post Office and was alarmed that the checks were fakes.
