Is this a legitimate e-mail?

Internet & Web

I have received an e-mail from the above e-mail address that states i have won the sum of 500,00 Great British Pounds Sterling. I wish to know if this is a legitimate e-mail and have i, in fact, won this amount? If in fact, it is legitimate, how do i proceed?

Thank You,
