Received a bill for an item I didn't order that was shipped to a different address

I received a bill for a camera that was ordered by someone using my name. The item was shipped to a different address.
I called the company to find out what was going on and they didn't seemed surprised, they said they would send me a fraud report
but I felt they were just fishing for more info on my identity.
