It hides behind TOS (term of service) in censoring any words such as cops, police, LE (law enfor) and also sex acts such as BBBJ, BJ, FS or even words such as "service"

But the person who runs it sells memberships then will use the site to date mine private information on the sites message to blackmail or other dirty deeds

He also uses the site to get freebies from the hookers on the site to promote their standing "trust" or level (0-5) and delete accounts of those who expose whats going on.
