There are not enough words to describe what these companies are about. The only thing I can say is: STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They lie as they breath. No skills! Their design is tacky, vulgar and ugly.

I purchased the elite packet, with 10 different logo concept made by 10 different designers. The mocks I received were almost identical. No way 10 different people could create the same thing. I was promised a refund. I am still waiting...

It is so frustrating to see that these crooks could prey on people without any one or authority moving a finger to stop them, simply because they re not registered in the US.

Truly scary: this is a network of fraudulent companies. I made the transaction with logodesignpros (LDP) but lateral designs inc (LDI) charged my credit card. When I called the phone number showing on my credit card report, I was dealing academicwritinghelp.com (AWH). When I asked how they are related to LDI, I was told that the latter is only a client. AWH is handling LDI's payments.

If you call LDI on the 800# listed on their website, no one ever answers. If you hold on for 20 minutes, you will finally be asked to leave a message. If you do, you will be shortly called by someone from AWH or LDP. There is no doubt in my mind that they all belong to the same internet mafia. And this might be just the tip of the iceberg. No physical address, misleading statements, empty promises, no refunds, lies, lies, lies.

Shipito refuses to provide any information about their client LDI but they admit that their client is abroad and they forward the mail to a foreign country.
