Charged $21.95 monthly and company website does not work

I too have been a victim of "Microsoft online service bill. MS.net" they charge my account for $21.95 for the last couple of month and their web add does not work www.bill. Ms.net Does anyone have the company's contact info so I may straighten this out and get my money back?
