The next day you'll get an "immediate" e-mail requesting to contact about your purchase.in my own situation they explained the camcorder I requested doesn't have a battery or charger! Then they proceeded to try and promote me a battery and charger for another $140. Works out the camera has a battery and an AC adaptor that attaches in to the camera itself which actuually costs the battery. No separate charger will become necessary. They likewise have a-7 day return policy. Their MO would be to lowball you having a estimate, then sell you anything that you don't require in a silly cost!
