After many weeks and several telephone calls I've quit. The PayPal plus procedures are possibly in shambles, struggling with neglect, or deceptive. Every try to negotiate a required charge-back has finished in no motion what-so ever. The most recent endeavor necessary I-file a brand new (minute demand) after which send evidence to at least one-866-433-6076. This telephone number doesn't function! Prevent the corporation and attentive others to prevent the corporation aswell. For me the manufacturer 'PayPal' is seriously damaged. I'll never trust any eBay item again.
