I got ripped off

In early November I was contacted by W. Craig and company after purchasing an internet auctions program. They said they would set me up with a web site to sell my products if I sent them $2000. I agree and purchased to program with a 30 day money day guarantee.

After the purchase I was supposed to receive an information package within two weeks. I never received it and called them to have my money refunded. The customer service person agreed and said it would be done in 3-5 days. A week later I called back only to find out that it wouldn't be done till February 16th.

Now when I call all I get is a busy signal, no matter what time of day or night.
