In March I created and settled (utilizing my charge card) to get a resort reservation for my child and her spouse through this website. Upon demonstration of the printed voucher towards the resort, my child was educated that there is no reservation. Actually, the resort had never heard about HotelClub. Luckily, there is an area accessible, and also the resort decided to wait until my childis checkout three times later, before requiring cost. The reservation never came, therefore my child needed to purchase the area together with her own creditcard. Our card was billed $211, and that I am along the way of arguing the cost. So far, HotelClub has just posted to my charge card business a duplicate of the reservation Verification/Bill which obviously isn't any aid whatsoever. Don't employ this website!
