I requested your dog collar four weeks before and also have never gotten it. I've named the 888# many times and also you cannot achieve a live person. Additionally, the e-mail address they provide to check out on an order started back as undeliverable. After I put this online purchase I experienced on line charge card scam. It may be chance this occurred but makes me dubious. Don't order from their website.
