Surprisingly, shockingly poor company! Delivered a mechanism to some 4 yr-old due to their birthday (and never a inexpensive one) nevertheless when it came it had been deflated. The kidis mother called up mechanism master where she was abused with a lady and charged of defeating the mechanism himself! She was requested to SHOW the mechanism was deflated!?! She was informed they'd NOT provide a reimbursement (despite them declaring on the website to provide one). She was informed to deliver the mechanism back which she did at her very own cost utilizing top class pacel post. After not reading something FOR JUST ONE WEEK she called again and was fulfilled with increased neglect! She was informed they had reinflated exactly the same mechanism which it had been good therefore were likely to deliver it back sooner or later by second-class article!!! Keep in mind this was something special to get a little kid whose birthday has long-since past!!! I subsequently called up-to protest AND MAYNOT THINK the disrespect of the girl I talked to. She lied after I requested to talk to a manager (there's no supervisor!) and repeatedly said she didn't care the mechanism was shipped broken which a little kid have been really unhappy. When questioned if she might deliver anything towards the kid as payment, she stated "why must I?" When questioned the way the kidis mother could easily get a reimbursement for publishing the mechanism back, she believed to show the price of shipping (despite the fact that she'd observed the shipping about the container she obtained from her!). All I noticed from her was "I actually donot care, I actually donot care". Exactly what a SURPRISING method to operate a company. To accuse somebody of defeating a mechanism, then deliver back exactly the same broken balloon is terrible! They stated the mechanism must remain inflated for just two months - in the end this time around waiting it'll be deflated again from the period it comes! FOR ME I'd prevent this website no matter what till they learn how to benefit their clients and discover some fundamental customer support abilities!
