My son posted personal information on this website while a minor, sadly my son passed away in May. I contacted the customer support for all the social networks my son had accounts with. All, with the exception of Perfspot, replied immediately and removed the contents of my son's account. I tried calling their toll free number, but all you get is a recording. They have not replied to any of my emails to date. This has left me very frustrated as I would like to have my late son's information removed. To others out there, be warned that should you have problems with the site and need sustomer service, it is impossible to do so.
