A serious virus had attacked my computer, and their ad popped up advertising protection, so I thought it would help to save what my system still had. I chose the 1-year plan for $59.95, but was not able to download it. I could not get back to their website, and got no service from them. The credit card company has no address or phone number for them (usually that is available from all legitimate companies that I have dealt with). I was stupid to try their service, and if I cannot get a refund, at least I might be able to save someone else from having the same bad experience.
