Ripoff - credit card charged no item shipped no response to emails

I ordered my purse 1/5/04 and have not rec'd it after 6 weeks. I was told (by email) the purse they had from the manufacturer was the wrong color tan and the problem would be fixed within one week. That was three weeks ago. Now they no longer respond to my emails. It appears their website is no longer active either.
