I purchased tickets for the Suger Bowl through e-bay's website. The seller received his money and I did not receive my tickets. E-bay's attitude was they weren't responsible and it took me contacting them several times during the course of a week before they responded. Don't purchase anything through e-bay's online auction site. They don't stand behind the legitimacy of their sellers.
