Www.strollersdirect.com / Falsely Advertised Products Not Included

I purchased a breast pump kit from breastpumpsdirect.com upon receiving the kit THREE ITEMS WERE MISSING. When I called customer support Lindsey was the rep I worked with. She informed me the vendor changed what was included in the kit and there was nothing she could do about it. Even though the site clearly listed the items included (What's in the Box).

It is understandable sometimes companies lack communication with vendors and make mistakes; however the attitude was, "Oh, well it's NOT our fault and there is nothing we will do to correct this as we do not value you as a customer."

I'm so glad I did not start recommending this site to all the mothers in the Silicon Valley.
