Ripoff disthonest fraudulent billing

On November 10th I placed a large order with divineprice.com. They billed my credit card the same day. There web site states it takes 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Well I figured the order would arrive before Christmas. Well then December 20th came and I e-mailed them inquiring about my order (since thier website does not provide a phone number or physical address).
I recieved an e-mail back from an Amber David stating that they had contacted the warehouse and was informed that my order would be shipped out shortly. I waited until January 15th and sent another e-mail stating to refund the money because the order did not arrive and since the order was for Christmas, I no longer needed it.
I then recieved a letter from a William Ross telling me I needed to dispute my order with my credit card company because they no longer have access to my account so therefore they have no access to they money I paid so they can not issue me a refund. Sad to say that my credit card company will not accept disputes after 60 days. This William Ross gave me a 800 phone number that is bogus. So now I wonder how many others were ripped off by this company.
Sorry but I will never make another internet purchase again. I am disputing the current charges since I certainly did not try to order anything from them again, but obviously they feel quite free to use my credit card account again.
