Stay away from these crooks

We purchased Rosetta Stone (German) online. It arrived in a container totally covered, first Disc worked good, the 2nd Disc requested for an entry signal that was not contained in the bundle. We named Rosetta Stone plus they advised us that it had been a duplicate content and may not be properly used with no entry rule, plus they wouldn't supply one because it wasn't bought from their website. Www.DIGGINSHOP.com displayed their home online Whilst The Rosetta Stone "SHOP" which based on Rosetta Stone doesn't occur.
