Earns her money by scamming people

Order product from Bardi, provided payment, had 2nd thoughts, cancelled order via certified mail and also message on Facebook. Prior to my making payment. She "hounded" me for payment stating price "going up" but if I hurry... She would honor the price originally quoted. She was in continual contact via phone, email and Facebook until payment made. Certified mail was refused, item has NEVER been received to this day and refund has NOT been received... To this very day. Had very NASTY conversation with Bardi where she used extremely vulgar language as she screamed at me.

She should either refund the money or provide the product... She has done NEITHER!
