We hired Dual Dot Media to provide work for us and they did not preform the work we paid for "in advacne". When we reuqested a refund they refused. They were rarly available by phone and did not respond to emails when we aksed for help. They were refered to us by a major compnay who we trusted. They should be turned in the the TN Attorney General's Office and the BBB in TN.
