I was told online they had free books. During signing up I was charged $43. When I called wanting my money they refused

I was searching for ebooks and found a site that said it had free ebooks. Thinking it was like the Project Guttengurg I signed up. During the sign up process I was told there was a one time $43 d0llar charge. After downloading the the software I tried to open up the icon and rip off report came on and told me that utorrent was free, that I had been ripped off, and would I like to make out a report.
