Failure to perform contract

David DeLeon was paid $4000.00 on April 26. The check was banked on Oct. 27. Following a run-around sustained six months, I chose to document a BBB criticism since small claims just enables a maximum of $2500 and attorneys do not appear to like low-dollar benefit statements. Additionally, problems - plus they are considerable - might charge me a lot of money to follow. I have wanted a reimbursement period-and-again, but to no avail.
