Ripoff! TV ad misleading

I saw the DELL computer Ad on TV so I ordered one from the internet like the Ad said. The sales Rep. Name was Luke Pugliese. I told him what I wanted and he said he would make sure I got what I ordered, and I took him at his word.

When the computer came to my door from Fed/x I signed and he left. I opened the package slip and what they sent me was not what I ordered. They sent me something different, and it cost more. It was to be $499 - $100 rebate. The bill for this computer is $615.34.

I have tried to contract them about this, but all i get is the run-a-round. I have talked to 6 people, same-old-same-old. I even had someone else to talk to them but no avail. Maybe they think in time I'll forget about it, and they won't have to do anything about it. Their slogan: "Buy Dell A Trusted Name in Bussiness." or something like that.
