No matter how awful the work they had done, at least I got a PARTIAL reimbursment due to as they said: "their policies"... Whatever happened to the customer is always right? The whole experience was a pain in my a* and also my employees were not able to spend much needed practice with 'the' programs... Maybe ya'll will get it right next time!!!
